The Cyprus Pedagogical Institute operates under the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Sport, and Youth, with a mission to provide continuous training for teachers at all levels. The Institute offers in-service training through various compulsory programmes and optional seminars, supports teachers’ professional learning at the school level, plans and executes educational research and evaluation studies, and follows and adapts to current trends in pedagogy. Additionally, the Institute undertakes the writing and publication of teaching books, curriculum design, and the production of teaching materials. The Educational Technology Department within the Institute promotes the use of new technologies in education. It implements programmes for continuing professional development in the field of digital education, conducts research, proposes new educational implementations, and produces materials for schools, including audio and audiovisual works.

Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET is a public institution operating within the Ministry of Science and Education in the field of digital technology and its application in education. CARNET network is a private network of the academic, scientific, and research community of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the institutions within the primary and secondary education system. CARNET provides services to primary and secondary schools, institutions from the science and higher education institutions, as well as to numerous public institutions such as certain ministries, hospitals, etc.

ATiT is an audio-visual and information technologies company based in Belgium that has been working with clients in the education and medical field for more than 20 years. ATiT provides secretarial services to the Media & Learning Association and is involved in a number of European and international projects involving the use of media to support learning. ATiT also provides consultancy and training on the advanced use of audiovisual services including live surgery.

CLEMI, part of Canopé Network (Réseau Canopé), is in charge of Media and information literacy (MIL) in the French education system. CLEMI was created in 1983 with the mission to train teachers to a better knowledge of the news media system and to build children’s citizenship skills by providing tools and fostering their critical thinking of media and information. Media literacy is a crucial asset to achieve a better understanding of the world. CLEMI is in charge of teacher training on media and information literacy issues that has been integrated in French curricula.

Association for Communication and Media Culture is an association whose goal and purpose is to improve the media and communication culture of the citizens of the Republic of Croatia through systematic education on the media and to encourage the development of aware users who use media content of their choice. The Association achieves its goals through educational, research and scientific activities in all areas of society.

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) is the largest University in Greece covering all disciplines. It comprises 10 faculties which consist of 40 schools and 1 single-School Faculty.
