Media & Learning 2026: Co-creating the future of learning
The annual Media & Learning conference brought over 400 educators, media professionals and researchers to Leuven on 17-18 June 2026 to explore how media can support, enrich and transform learning.

Venue
The conference took place at the Faculty Club, Groot Begijnhof 14, 3000 Leuven, Belgium. The Faculty Club sits in the middle of the Groot Begijnhof, a UNESCO World Heritage site a short walk from the centre of Leuven.
Getting there
Leuven is 25 minutes by train from Brussels and 15 minutes from Brussels Airport, with direct trains several times an hour. From Leuven station, the venue is a 20-minute walk or a short taxi or bus ride.
Accommodation
Participants could book rooms at a reduced conference rate in several hotels in the centre of Leuven, including rooms inside the Begijnhof itself.
